Eildon All products have warranty period, 2 years maybe. Please refer the product specification of every item. Please noted the date of warranty starts from the date of receipt of the goods.

1.for LED lamp without installation instructions, please contact us before you install lamp. We suggest you ask local electrician when you are going to install lamp, so that you leave from the problem of circuit.

2. Due to bad inner packing with product broken in shipment, we will make compensation and replacement in 24hrs after checked information.

3. You can enjoy no reason to return and replace goods in 7 days. Please make sure goods and all package are both ok, and send it back freight prepaid. We will refund or confirm replacement in 24hrs after checked.

4. In warranty period, please contact us soon if you find the problem of product quality. Please patiently tell us the situation with some information of pictures or video. We will reply you in 24hrs and try to hurry solve problem for you.
(1) Usually we free supply parts for fixing. We will be much appreciated if the parts can be sent together with your next order.
(2) If you do not have order together with parts, usually we can send parts freight prepaid in domestic.
(3) For domestic foreign trade company, please contact us in time if you need after-sales service. In addition to free parts, usually we will pay 20%-50% international shipping cost for you, so that try our best to help you reduce lost. But if the shipping cost is much higher than our profit, we would not have idea to pay it, and please try to understand that.
(4) In the case of free delivery of parts, if we can’t send parts by fast delivery with expensive shipping cost, please try to understand. Usually delivery 10-20 days, delivery time is depends on the item of parts and destination. We suggest you have replacement or contact us early, in order to prevent unnecessary trouble.
For bulk purchase buyers and loyal buyers, if you have some promotion plan of our product, we would be glad to support you. You can try to tell us your plan.
